For those who want to be fit for the future.
*****UPDATE*****
Unfortunately we have had to cancel this event- so sorry!
We all want to feel healthy, hopeful and able to have a positive impact on the world around us. But sometimes caring about the state of society and the planet can start to feel heavy. And heavier. And heavier. How can we be engaged, active and make a difference on the issues we care about when it can sometimes feel like giving our all is never enough? In this very special FREE online bootcamp workshop via Zoom, wellbeing and activism expert Betsy Reed will guide you through techniques to avoid burnout and nurture ourselves so we can each make a difference in a way that's personally sustainable and fit for an uncertain future.
About Betsy Reed
Betsy has spent nearly 20 years bringing her particular brand of zest, truth-telling and expertise to growing into an international sustainability and leadership author, speaker, advisor and influencer. Her guiding values are equality, justice and connection. She's also a yoga and meditation teacher and brings those skills and perspectives into her work with corporate leaders (whom she teaches to breathe while also nudging them into discomfort about current systems), as a leadership teacher for Cambridge University and as an experienced speaker, facilitator and changemaker who is still regularly hired to run large multi-sector social and environmental advocacy campaigns, mainly in the UK.
